EBA – Electricity Steering Committee Annual Half-Day Event

Please join our Electricity Steering Committee for their annual half-day event. This program, hosted by Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP will feature educational sessions and a keynote speaker followed by a reception. This panel will feature a discussion of the recent FERC cost allocation decisions in the federal Courts of Appeals by the attorneys who argued those cases. The conversation will explore how the appellate courts have reviewed FERC’s identification of beneficiaries and allocation of costs to those beneficiaries and the factors that have led the courts to uphold or reject those FERC decisions.
