How will RTO’s coverage change now that you are part of Yes Energy?
RTO Insider is expanding its reporting to include regular market coverage and Yes Energy’s extensive data resources in addition to our traditional coverage of RTO/ISO stakeholder processes and policy formation. It also is expanding its coverage geographically to include IESO in Canada.
What has not changed is our commitment to providing independent, fair, accurate and balanced coverage and to being “in the room” at the RTO/ISO meetings.

Our writers are experienced business journalists with expertise in energy and utilities. See About Us.
-
Who are your subscribers?
Some of our subscribers are “in the room” along with us, some can’t attend every meeting – or any meetings. Someone once referred to them as the “electricity brain trust.” They don’t want to read what someone else thinks, they don’t want a rehash of a press release or summary of the latest research. They want to arrive at their own conclusions. But to be fully informed, it helps to hear an unbiased view of the conversations when industry stakeholders gather. That includes conferences and webinars as well as meetings in the RTOs and ISOs, at NERC and across the country at state legislative bodies and regulatory agencies. To read what some have said, see Why Subscribe?.
