ERCOT staff and stakeholders are preparing to bring a first set of real-time co-optimization policy principles to the Technical Advisory Committee.

NYISO said it expects to have adequate resources on hand to meet slightly above-normal demand this summer, with 42,056 MW of capacity available.

ERCOT said an "exceptional" response by generators and a lack of extreme temperatures helped it meet record demand this summer without issuing alerts.

NYISO experienced a peak load of 31,293 MW on July 2, the highest demand so far this summer but falling far short of the all-time peak of 33,956 MW.
