The Biden administration is looking to boost energy service performance contracts for federal buildings after a decline in their use during the Trump years.

Renewable energy company Ameresco said it will partner with Bright Canyon Energy to build Kūpono Solar, a solar-plus-battery storage facility in Pearl Harbor.
