MISO announced it has 12 complete proposals from 9 developers seeking to construct and own the Hartburg-Sabine Junction 500-kV transmission project.

MISO has opened a bidding window for its second-ever competitive transmission solicitation, a process required under FERC Order 1000. 

PJM has begun discussing the role and significance of cost-containment assurances in bids for transmission projects under FERC’s Order 1000.

FERC is giving until Sept. 2 to provide comments on recommended changes to Order 1000 following a June technical conference.
