1. Capacity Performance Penalties (9:05-10)

The Members Committee will consider endorsement of a proposal from American Municipal Power to modify the Capacity Performance (CP) penalty rate, performance assessment interval (PAI) trigger used to determine when generators pay penalties and the stop-loss limit defining how much a facility can be penalized. The committee will be asked to endorse the proposed solution and corresponding tariff revisions.
